There is something enchanting about foggy mornings in Victoria. Shrouded in mist, the world is still and quiet. Sounds are muffled. Colours and textures are veiled. Even as the cold mist cools my cheeks, I inevitably find myself drawn to the hidden coves.
Stillness was captured one such morning. After walking my son to school for an early morning music class, I wandered down to the beach for a few moments of quiet solitude before racing home to complete the myriad of tasks on my list. Stolen moments such as these give me the peace and tranquility that I need to balance out life as a busy artist, wife, mother, friend and member of the community
