Every Labour Day weekend, we end up on an impromptu epic adventure to close out the summer. This past year was no exception. Days before the long weekend, a friend extended an invitation to go camping near Tofino. How could we resist? Days on the beach and evenings around the campfire were just what the doctor ordered.
Tranquility was captured as I walked along Long Beach in solitude while my son played with friends and my husband laid relaxing. As much as I love my family and friends, these moments of quiet renew so that I can meet the chaos with an open heart.
